We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
What we accept
Items that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. This includes sale items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used products.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
How to return an item
- Email info@healthandhygiene.ca with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with return instructions.
- Send the item to: Health & Hygiene Inc., 210 Silver Star Blvd, Suite 805, Toronto, ON M1V 5J9.
Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. We suggest using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will refund your original payment method within 7 business days.
